About Kylee Warshaw

I am an Associate Broker licensed in Georgia, specializing in the commercial sector since 2020. My experience encompasses both direct brokerage and administrative support, providing an in-depth understanding of commercial real estate transactions.

 

A native of New Jersey, my diverse background includes having lived in numerous states, which exposed me to a variety of real estate markets. My residential experience, including time as a transaction coordinator, laid the groundwork for my current focus on commercial real estate, particularly land, development, and investment properties. I settled in Georgia in 2004 and have resided in both Cherokee and Cobb counties. I consider myself fortunate to have been able to watch and participate in the area’s growth.

 

Throughout my career, I have efficiently managed a high volume of transactions, administering over 200 transactions collectively valued at more than $50 million. My experience covers a wide range of real estate dealings, including for-sale and for-lease properties, land transactions, assemblages, and 1031 Exchanges. My involvement in these transactions encompasses the entire lifecycle, from listing management to contract-to-close support.

 

Outside of my professional life, I have been married to my husband, Nathan, for over 25 years and have a daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons.
